The Fen house is giving its name to its direct location on the banks of a so-called fen, a water pond that is richly visited by waterfowl.

During a stay in one of our fen houses you are guaranteed a relaxing stay in nature. The location on the fen, which is richly visited by waterfowl, provides a beautiful and relaxing view from your holiday home or spacious garden. 

The fen houses are fully furnished and have a living area of 100 m², giving you much comfort and privacy during your stay. The holiday home is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garden is furnished and offers plenty of room to play for your (grand)children. 

Ground floor:

  • Spacious comfortably furnished living room with dining and seating area with TV.
  • Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and / or combi oven.
  • Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with sink and shower.

Upper floor::

  • Two bedrooms with a double bed. Second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Storage.
  • Garden terrace with furniture and a large garden overlooking the water. 
  • Parking available in front of the house. If you come with more cars then there are various parking facilities on the park.
  • The interior / layout of the villas can vary by villa.
  • Some houses are equipped with a washing machine. If you want a washing machine in your villa, you can select this during your booking.
  • Parking for one car in front of the house. For more cars, there are several parkings on the park.

The resort

Resort Boschmolenplas is located in beautiful Central Limburg in the heart of the Maasplassen. The holiday homes are surrounded by water and nature. Thanks to the many facilities for young and old, you will experience an unforgettable stay at our resort. For example, you can rent a boat, make a cycling tour, go fishing or diving in the natural lake and play tennis on the tennis court. For children there are various sports and playing fields at the resort. For a delicious lunch or dinner you can go to the restaurant located at the resort. The restaurant offers a view over our marina and the lake. Enjoy the tranquility and space at the Maasplassen.

The surroundings

Experience all the beauty of Central Limburg during your stay at resort Boschmolenplas. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling and water sports. From the marina you can make daily boat trips to picturesque villages and towns such as Thorn, Stevensweert, Wessem or the lively Maaseik in Belgium.     Maart 2026: Buiten nog koud, binnen heerlijk warm. Uitzicht op de vijver met zoveel vogels. Genoeg groen om beschut te zijn. Inboedel is prima, bedden goed geslapen. We komen terug in Boschmolenplas om omgeving verder te ontdekken in Mei!

    Die Aussicht auf den Teich hinter dem Haus. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Meine Terrasse lag Blick geschützt. Die Häuser liegen nicht so nah beieinander. Bei kaltem Wetter konnte man die Heizung schnell wärmer schalten. Die Organisation und die Informationen per E-Mail haben mir gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Über Silvester dort gewesen. Für die Böllerei in den umliegenden Ortschaften kann das Resort nichts.Ab diesem Jahr herrscht ein Verbot,was unseren Hund mit Sicherheit erfreut! Das Haus war sauber,es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Aussicht auf den Teich sehr schön,besonders bei Winter Wetter! Die Ruhe war herrlich. Bitte daran denken einen Fön mitzubringen,da sich keiner in einem Badezimmer befindet!!!!!!!!!!!! Rezeptions Personal bei Anreise sehr freundlich.
