Our charming waterfront homes are all located directly on the Boschmolenplas and offer you a beautiful view of the lake.

Enjoy a beautiful view of the Boschmolenplas with a stay in one of the charming waterhouses. The houses are all located directly on the meadow lake, the ideal setting for your relaxing holiday. 

The waterhouse has a surface of 100 m² and offers you plenty of space during your stay. The patio doors lead you to your garden overlooking the Boschmolenplas. In the house you have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with a roof terrace overlooking the water, and 2 bathrooms at your disposal. The waterhouse offers space for up to 6 people and is therefore ideal for a stay with your partner, the family or with friends. 

Ground floor:

  • Spacious comfortable furnished living room with dining area and seating area.
  • Flat screen TV with digital channels.
  • Toilet and storage room (washing machine on request).
  • Open kitchen with kitchen fixture, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and / or combi oven.

Upper floor:

  • Three bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed and one with a bunk bed.
  • Two bedrooms adjoin the spacious roof terrace overlooking the water.
  • Two bathrooms. The first bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second bathroom with shower and sink.
  • From the living room patio door to garden terrace with furniture and spacious garden overlooking the water pond. 
  • Parking for one car in front of the house. For more cars, there are several parkings on the park.

Resort Boschmolenplas is located in beautiful Central Limburg in the heart of the Maasplassen. The holiday homes are surrounded by water and nature. Thanks to the many facilities for young and old, you will experience an unforgettable stay at our resort. For example, you can rent a boat, make a cycling tour, go fishing or diving in the natural lake and play tennis on the tennis court. For children there are various sports and playing fields at the resort. For a delicious lunch or dinner you can go to the restaurant located at the resort. The restaurant offers a view over our marina and the lake. Enjoy the tranquility and space at the Maasplassen.

Experience all the beauty of Central Limburg during your stay at resort Boschmolenplas. The surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling and water sports. From the marina you can make daily boat trips to picturesque villages and towns such as Thorn, Stevensweert, Wessem or the lively Maaseik in Belgium.     Wir waren nur drei Tage dort, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir leider kein Glück. Ein großes Dankeschön an das ganze Team für eure Arbeit!

    De prachtige ligging en de mooie inrichting van ons vakantiehuis. Toegankelijkheid van het parkeer met druppel. Al hoewel de drempels daar erg hoog zijn. We hebben zeer genoten.

    Vriendelijk personeel en een ruim, schoon vakantiehuis met zicht op de grote plas. Auto parkeren bij de woning en de key-tag voor de slagboom ideaal. Het park is goed onderhouden en ruim opgezet. Hondenpoepzakjes en overal prullenbakken, heel fijn. Straatverlichting in orde!
